RBC copy has dated 18th-century autograph ("J King July ye 6 1717") in brown ink on front pastedown and ms. inscription ("John King his") at head of title leaf, both probably of John King, 2nd Baron King (1706-1740).
RBC copy has blue ink stamp ("LIBRARY, BEN DAMPH FOREST. ...") with ms. shelf-mark ("C ... I ... 16") supplied in ink on front free endpaper.
RBC copy: tail outer corner of leaf M2 torn off and laid in; wormhole in inner margin of front free endpaper, added engraved title leaf, and leaves A1-N4.
