- "[P]rinted during ... February, 2005 by Arturo López in Editorial Fray Barolomé de Las Casas. 500 copies were made on brown wrapping paper ... This is a gum rubber facimile [sic]. The covers are of the bark from a coconut palm ... The endpapers are of agave cactus pounded and formed ... The rafia is from Africa. Made in San Cristòbal de Las Casas, Chiapas"--Colophon.
- A folded sheet (bound within coconut palm bark covers) with 12 panels on each side when unfolded. Each side consists of 11 panels containing the text of the poem and 1 panel containing the colophon; one side is in Spanish and other in English.
