Franz Radziwill is regarded as one of the most distinguished painters of the 20th century. The second volume of the five-part book series dedicated to Radziwill?s formal pictorial strategies focuses on consideration of his color palette. The passion for color can be perceived throughout his oeuvre. After Radziwill?s expressive early work, muted colors dominate, but then undergo a heightening of color in the late work.
