Cette étude présente la traduction inédite en français et l'étude comparée de deux textes juridiques yéménites, la loi de 2001 relative aux associations et aux fondations, et son décret d'application de 2004. Elle contribue à mieux comprendre le cadre légal dans lequel le mouvement associatif yéménite, en essor constant depuis l'instauration du multipartisme en 1990, a pu se développer au cours des années 2000. This study offers a french original translation and a comparative study of two Yemeni Laws: the Yemeni Association Act of 2001, and its executive decree of 2004. It contributes to a better understanding of the legal settings that have framed the development of the Yemeni Association Movement in the 2000s, after its first boom following the institution of the multiparty system in 1990.
