- Place of Publication:
- Melville, New York : American Institute of Physics (AIP) Publishing, 2013.
- Summary:
- The Universe, which is about 14 billion years old, is evolving chemically since Big Bang. However, the life could originate only in a few hundred million years through chemical evolution of suitably composed star forming region. In this conference, we had a galaxy of world experts who presented their work on topics ranging from the chemical evolution of star forming regions and interstellar medium, experiments with laboratory analog of interstellar medium, numerical simulations of collapse of the molecular clouds and star formation, observations of complex molecules in star forming regions and the possibility of having lives in other places in our solar system.
