After the success of the 4th World Congress on Information and Communication Technologies (WICT 2014) in Malaysia, we are organizing WICT 2015 to provide an opportunity for the researchers from academia and industry to meet and discuss the latest solutions, scientific results and methods in the usage and applications of ICT in the real world The conference programme will include workshops, special sessions and tutorials, along with prominent keynote speakers and regular paper presentations in parallel tracks Like previous years, we expect the WICT 2015 proceedings to be published by IEEE subject to fulfilling of all quality requirements of IEEE All submitted papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity Like previous editions, all accepted papers presented at WICT 2015 will be selected and recommended for possible publication in Journal Special Issues and Edited Volumes (indexed by SCI, EI Compendex, etc).
