Ferns of Minnesota was first published in 1954 as The Ferns and Fern Allies of Minnesota and was reissued under the present title in 1980. Ferns of Minnesota is the second edition, revised, of The Ferns and Fern Allies of Minnesota, published by the University of Minnesota Press in 1954.
