- The title "Business and economic history" was issued as a print publication from 1975-1999 and contained the BHC's annual meeting's proceedings. From 2000-2002, the title was continued in part by the BHC's "Enterprise & society"; the meeting's Presidential Address, the Krooss Dissertation Session essays, and abstracts of papers, were published in issue no. 4 of each vol. 1-3 (2000-2002). With 2003, the BHC revived the title "Business and economic history" as an online journal only, publishing the meeting's program, abstracts of all papers submitted, and revised papers presented; Enterprise & society continues to publish the meeting's Presidential address and Krooss Dissertation Session summaries.
