Although Union List of Serials indicates Mechanic's Magazine was published from Feb. 1830-1836 in 7 volumes, the National Union Catalog indicates only 12 issues between Feb. 1830 and Jan. 1831 were published. Further research of this periodical does not disclose the existence of volumes 2-7.
