Summary:
his book deals with the study of the Religion-Revolution relationship in a paradigmatic case: the French Revolution. We try to understand the positions and the mentality of the time without neglecting a historical theory of the theory phenomenon that seems close to the Marxist tradition. At the same time, we strive to provide a useful reflection for the awareness of religious phenomena in countries like Brazil, where Religion is a prominent protagonist in social changes and conflicts.
