Summary:
This collection, originally published in 1996, resulted from the activities of the Working Group on the History of Psychology, instituted on the occasion of the 6th Symposium on Research and Scientific Exchange of the National Association for Research and Postgraduate Studies in Psychology, held in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro , in May 1966. The publication brings together the works of the first participants of the Group, researchers and professors in several Brazilian universities in the area of ​​the History of Psychology, and the contribution of Professor Josef Brožek, from the University of Lehigh, USA, special guest of this first meeting.
