- Swift's Library and Reading copy is bound in full contemporary vellum over bevelled-edge boards; two leather-and-metal clasps (one intact) with metal catchplates; five raised bands on spine; blind-stamped covers with portrait of the Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian II on front and coat-of-arms of the Holy Roman Empire on back, both within ornamental borders.
