- Cataloged from imperfect copy: two fragments, one (237 x 145 mm) containing a portion of the last 48 lines of text from the lower left-hand side of the sheet, the other (233 x 149 mm) containing a portion of the last 44 lines from the lower right-hand side of the sheet, with a few words of text wanting between the two fragments and approximately the first half of the work's text (all before the phrase "sancte obedie[n]tie et s[u]b exco[m]municat[i]o[n]is late") wanting altogether. These fragments appear to have been used as binding waste.
