Consists of two letters: no. IX, dated 29 March 1774 and no. X, dated 31 March 1774. These two letters are apparently part of a series Massie published. In letter no. IX, Massie refers to his "printed letter of yesterday's date."
The letters concern a number of economic and political issues but mainly the dispute between the North American colonies and England. Massie sides with the colonies.
