The "Defence of the resolutions and address of the American congress in reply to Taxation no tyranny" is signed Regulus. The "Monthly Review" for May 1776, v. 54, p. 407, states that the writer was "probably Mr. N--------e," and Sabin enters under Nourse.--NUC pre-1956.
