Translation of an unknown Dutch original 'Plakaat' issued May 10, 1651, renewed and explained May 30, 1659, and related ordinances from 1748.
"Instructions for the mates, against not rightly managing, sorting, salting and laying the herrings"--p. 21-24. Dated 10 June 1749.
Also filmed as item no. 8486. Item 8486 is identical, with the exception that the t.p. omits phrase, "Presented by Mr. Horsley."
