An ordinance of the Lords and Commons ... for continuance of the subsidy of tonnage and poundage, together with the book of rates, in full force and power from the 25 of March 1645 untill the 26 of March 1647 ...

A subsidie granted to the King of tonnage, poundage, and other summes of money ... according to a booke of rates agreed upon by the ... House of Commons, and hereunto annexed.
