- Watermarks of a coat of arms and three words in large Gothic text: the word Imperial, possibly the word Government, and the word Foolscap. Another word, possibly Register, is in a cursive style and smaller than the other text. There is also a large watermark of a pictorial scene featuring a regal lion, a palm tree, a building with a dome-vault roof, and possibly a figure.
