Report on the pauperism of Dundee / by a committee appointed at a meeting of the magistrates, heritors, and general session, on 5th February 1839, to consider the present mode of providing for the poor, and raising the funds for that purpose, whether any change should be made therein, and whether, in the present circumstances of the parish, it would be expedient to erect a poor-house ; presented at an adjourned parish meeting held on the 7th May, 1839.
