With manuscript comments originally made by Lord Ellenborough when the document was sent to him, there is in the same volume a proof copy, entitled, "Draft of Resolutions ..." with extensive manuscript corrections, and a corrected issue, without the endorsed title, printed on finer paper. The circular invitation to the meeting, addressed to Isaac Rogers, is also included.
