The following report of a select committee of the Society upon some Observations on the late Act respecting cotton mills : and on the Account of Mr. Hey's visit to a cotton mill at Burley, are printed by order of the Society together with the aforesaid Observations and Account, and the Resolutions of the Magistrates of the County of Lancaster, and of the West Riding of the County of York, on the subject of apprentices to cotton mills.
