- Contains the 35 plates of maps from the second and third editions of Robert Orme's History of the military transactions of the British nation in Indostan from the year MDCCXLV, followed by leaf 3Y4 from v. 1 of the third edition (bound in verso-first), containing "Directions for the binder to place the maps" and errata for the index, and leaf 5C1 from v. 2 of the second edition, containing "Directions for the placing and reference of the maps." The second edition was issued in two volumes, v. 1 with imprint date 1775 and v. 2 (in two sections) with imprint date 1778; the third edition was issued in 1780.
