- Reviews history and structure of P.L. 74-732, the Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA), which provides blind individuals with remunerative employment and other assistance to enhance their economic wellbeing. Provides detailed financial and operational data, including number of program participants, their overall sales, and their earnings.
