Presents information on all discretionary funding authorized for numerous existing discretionary grant and other programs and activities under P.L. 111-148, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), as amended by P.L. 111-152, the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act. Provides brief discussion of two trust funds for which ACA provided mandatory appropriations to help support several discretionary programs. Analyzes impact that a sequestration triggered by the Budget Control Act might have on ACA-related discretionary spending in FY2013.
