- Examines Federal intervention in the marketplace, and considers what, if any, additional action Federal Government should take to enhance small business access to capital. Discusses role of small businesses in job creation and retention, and assesses supply and demand for small business loans, including number and amount of small business loans guaranteed by SBA.
