Presents overview of P.L. 109-416, the Combating Autism Act (CAA), and P.L. 112-32, the Combating Autism Reauthorization Act (CARA), both of which authorize funding for autism surveillance, research, and education at various HHS agencies and provide supporting aid to States and other entities for related programs.
