Summary:
Examines issues related to public, educational, and governmental (PEG) access cable television channels, which are channels set aside for use by the general public, schools, colleges, universities, and elements of local government. Reviews PEG-related provisions in the Communications Act and in H.R. 1746, the Community Access Preservation Act.
