Provides information on the Army ground combat vehicle (GCV) program and the early infantry brigade combat team (E-IBCT) program, in light of Apr. 2009 DOD decision to restructure the Army future combat system (FCS), which included decision to develop GCV program and continue "spinning out" selected FCS technologies under E-IBCT program to brigade combat teams deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan.
