Summary:
Office of Congressional Ethics report presenting results of investigation into complaint filed against Rep. Vern Buchanan (R-Fla) regarding allegations that he failed to disclose reportable positions he held with certain companies and organizations and unearned income he received from certain companies on his 2007-2010 financial disclosure statements.
Report recommends that the House Ethics Committee further review the allegations against Rep. Buchanan.
