Summary:

Office of Congressional Ethics report presenting results of investigation into complaint filed against Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-Ohio) regarding allegations that she violated House of Representatives rules by accepting an improper gift of legal services from the Turkish American Legal Defense Fund (TALDF), which were paid for by the Turkish Coalition of America, without establishing a legal expense fund, and by failing to report those services on her financial disclosure statements for 2008 and 2009.

Report recommends that the House Ethics Committee further review the allegations against Rep. Schmidt.
