Summary:

Office of Congressional Ethics report presenting results of investigation into complaint filed against Rep. Gregory W. Meeks (D-NY) regarding allegations that he failed to disclose money given to him by a personal friend as a gift on his 2007-2009 financial disclosure statements, and that he improperly received a home equity loan from Four M Investments, LLC.

Report recommends that the House Ethics Committee further review the allegations against Rep. Meeks concerning financial disclosure of gift money and dismiss allegations concerning receipt of a home equity loan.
