Report presenting results of investigation by Senators Kristen Gillibrand, Frank Lautenburg, Robert Menendez, and Charles Schumer concerning the British prison release of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi, the terrorist convicted of blowing up a Pan American World Airways airplane over Lockerbie, Scotland in Dec. 1988.
