- Examines impact of and policy issues related to P.L. 110-185, the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008, and P.L. 110-289, the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, both of which revise conforming loan limits on the size of mortgages that Government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) such as FNMA (Fannie Mae) and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp.
