Summary:
Defines term "homeless veteran," discusses attempts to count homeless veterans, and reviews results of studies regarding characteristics of homeless veterans. Summarizes available research regarding overrepresentation of veterans in the homeless population and possible explanations for why homeless veterans are overrepresented.
