Provides overview of international social security agreements with foreign countries for the purpose of preventing gaps in social security protection and eliminating dual social security taxation for workers who have been periodically employed in the U.S. and abroad, by permitting periods of social security coverage under the laws of both countries to be counted in determining workers entitlement to benefits.
