Summarizes and analyzes titles of S. 1462, the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009, to promote development of clean energy technologies, improve energy efficiency, encourage development of domestic energy resources and security, promote energy innovation and energy workforce development, improve stability of domestic energy markets, and inform energy strategies through a series of studies and reports.
