Summary:
Summarizes major statutory authorities governing pesticide regulation, including the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), Section 408 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as well as the major regulatory programs for pesticides.
