- Provides side-by-side comparisons of S. 1000, the Telework Enhancement Act of 2007; H.R. 4106, the Telework Improvements Act of 2008; and the proposed Senate amendments to S. 3268, all to require heads of Federal agencies to establish policies under which most employees could be eligible to participate in telework, an officially sanctioned practice allowing employees to perform all or some of their duties from home or another remote worksite using electronic technologies instead of commuting to traditional offices.
