- Provides an overview of missing adult alert systems in eleven States, which are designed to recover vulnerable missing adults; such as those with mental impairments, developmental disabilities, or suicidal tendencies. Covers legal authority to establish the systems, target population for alerts, administrative responsibility, training of law enforcement and other entities, process for activating alerts, coordination of alerts with other States, system costs, use of the systems, and any information about outcomes of the individuals for whom alerts were activated.
