- Outlines AMA guidelines addressing gifts to physicians from the pharmaceutical industry, and describes selected State disclosure laws already in effect. Discusses proposed Federal legislation, in particular, S. 301 and H.R. 3138, both the Physician Payments Sunshine Act of 2009.
