Tracks development of P.L. 110-234, the 2008 farm bill; and identifies major issues of the debate, including commodity support policies and programs, conservation, trade, nutrition, rural development, agricultural research, forestry, energy, horticulture and organic agriculture, livestock, crop insurance, commodity futures, trade and tax provisions, and other issues.
