Discusses The American Council of the Blind v. Paulson, in which the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled that under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Department of Treasury discriminates against blind and visually impaired individuals through issuance of currency in denominations which are not readily distinguishable by touch.
