Reviews decided and pending climate change-related court cases addressing seven areas of litigation, including implications of EPA authority under the Clean Air Act to regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions; climate change impacts of Federal wildlife protection and energy statutes; whether information statutes should be used to compel Government analysis and dissemination of information about climate change; possible use of the common law of nuisance and negligence to limit GHG emissions; Federal preemption of State regulation of GHG emissions from motor vehicles; and State utility enabling act.
