(Freddie Mac). Summarizes and provides side-by-side comparison of provisions of H.R. 1427 and H.R. 1461, both the Federal Housing Finance Reform Act, and S. 1100, the Federal Housing Enterprise Reform Act of 2007, all to amend current law and to replace the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight with an independent agency that would serve as the single regulator for housing GSEs and Federal home loan banks.
