- Discusses legislation in the 108th and 109th Congresses to revise and extend Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) programs. Presents and analyzes major provisions of H.R. 2829, the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2005, and H.R. 2565, the Clean Sport Act, both including provisions to authorize FY2006-FY2010 appropriations for and revise ONDCP programs for planning and coordinating Federal strategies against drug trafficking and abuse.
