A typescript of the methodology and a blank questionnaire prepared by Ian Pountney and Nigel Young, probably students at the University of Birmingham in England. The questionnaire regards a protest during meetings held by the Guild of Students at the Great Hall beginning on November 27 through December 5 probably in 1974. A sit-in demonstration appears to have occurred at the Great Hall as referenced in the document. The first eight pages outline the methodology of the questionnaire. The last page is a two-sided survey.
