- Presents an overview of No Child Left Behind Act (NCLBA) revisions to Title I-A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), which authorizes the provision of supplementary educational and related services to low-achieving, low-income, or otherwise disadvantaged primary and secondary public school students.
