- Schimmel Collection copy has autograph ("Floyd Stone") in pencil on front free endpaper. Possibly to be identified with Floyd Edwin Stone (1889-1969) of Cicero, N.Y., the autograph of whose sister Carrie E. Stone (later Wright; 1891-1974) is possibly to be found in Schimmel Fiction 2271.
