Followed by eight other theological works, namely : (1) a Collection of traditions recorded by both al-Bukhārī and Muslim alike, by ʿAbd al-Ghanī ibn ʿAbd al-Wāḥid al-Maqdisī al-Jammāʿīlī, erroneously entitled ʿUmdat al-aḥkām ; (2) Uṣūl al-īmān, a collection of traditions bearing on the bases of orthodox faith, by Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb al-Najdī ; (3) Kitāb faḍl al-Islām, proofs of the divine authority of Islam collected from the Koran and the Traditions, by Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ; (4) Kitāb al-kabā'ir, a treatise on the greater sins, by Muḥammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhāb ; (5) Naṣīḥat al-muslimīn, a series of traditions bearing on ethics, being the 24th and 25th books of the Mishkāt al-maṣābīḥ of Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd Allāh al-Khaṭīb ; (6) al-Kitāb fī al-ṣalāh, a treatise on prayer, by the Imām Ibn Ḥanbal ; (7) Kitāb al-ṣalāh, a series of juridical questions relating to prayer, with their solutions, by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawzīyah ; and (8) al-Wābil al-ṣayyib, a treatise on the true characteristics of a devout Moslem both inward and outward, by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawzīyah.].
