- Personal compilation of lives of saints (including Saint Nicholas the Miracle-Worker, Saint Catherine, Saint Iuliania, and Saint Anastasia), readings from Church fathers such as John Chrysostom, and other paraliturgical texts (Julia Verkholantsev, Russian and East European Studies, University of Pennsylvania).

- Layout: Written in 22-25 long lines; ruled in drypoint (visible f. 107r, 124r).
- Decoration: Decorative upper borders in red and black ink at textual divisions; introductory text in red ink at textual divisions; decorated initials in red and black ink.
- Paper: Embossed stamps, f. 90-94, lower left recto; f. 166, upper left recto
- Binding: 19th-century leather, blind-ruled; remnants of two pairs of clasps on the fore-edge; spine damaged; printed pastedowns.
- Origin: Written in the Prichudie region on the western coast of Lake Peipus in Estonia, in the second half of the 19th century (Julia Verkholantsev).
